As a starter or as an aperitif as a tapas, this recipe for puff pastry bites with leek and pear with fourme is a treat.
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 white leek
- 15g butter
- 1/2 pear
- 1/2 lemon
- 30 g of fourme d'ambert
- 1 egg
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Puff pastry with leek, pear with fourme
Cut 12 small circles about 6 centimeters in diameter from the puff pastry. Place them on a non-stick baking sheet. Reserve in the fridge.
Remove the first leaves from the leek white, wash it. Cut it into thin slices. Sweat in butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Season.
Peel, cut in half and seed the pear. Lemon it. Cut it into small cubes.
Cut the cheese into pieces.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (th.7).
Break the egg, place the yolk in a bowl. To beat him.
Using a brush, brush each circle of puff pastry with egg yolk, top with the drained leek white and diced pears. Cover with fourme.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (until the cheese melts).
