Grapefruit Granita

In fall and winter, when grapefruits mark the peak of citrus season, we want freshness and lightness.

Treat yourself to this dessert of grapefruit granita with cider and calvados.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 2 grapefruit roses
  • 60 cl of raw cider
  • 1 small glass of Calvados
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 4 mint leaves.

Recipe from Grapefruit Granita

Squeeze the grapefruits and strain their juice. Put them in a pitcher with the cider, Calvados and sugar.

Mix and place in the freezer.

Leave to set for about 1 hour, stirring regularly with a fork, to obtain irregular sprinkles.

Divide into tall glasses, decorate with mint leaves and serve.
