Courgette stuffed with faisselle

Here is a gourmet recipe for zucchini stuffed with faisselle, minced meat, chives and crushed garlic.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 4 courgettes round
  • 250 g of faisselle
  • 30 g grated Emmental
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of leftover cooked meat (pork, veal, beef, rabbit, etc.)
  • 1/2 bunch of chive
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

Courgette stuffed with faisselle

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th.6).

- Wash and chop the chives

- Wash and cut the zucchini cap.

- Hollow out the courgettes and keep their contents.

- In a salad bowl, combine the faisselle, the zucchini flesh, the egg, the crushed garlic clove, the chopped chives, the cooked minced meat, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning.

- Fill the zucchini and sprinkle the top with grated Emmental.

- Bake for 30 minutes.


You can complete this recipe with brown rice or wheat semolina.
